How fast can you collect?
Earliest collection is the next business day after booking. We don't offer same-day collection — routing has to be planned ahead.
When does delivery happen?
Delivery is at least one business day after collection. Most jobs are collection on day 1, delivery on day 2; longer routes may take a third day.
Will the same crew handle delivery?
Not always. Items pass through our depot between legs, so the crew that collects may not be the same one that delivers. Every job is handled by a team of at least two people — driver plus one helper — so heavier items aren't a problem. Either way, your booking is tracked end-to-end and you'll get an update at each step.
What if my item doesn't fit through the door?
We don't measure items in advance — you know the piece better than we do. Please make sure it fits through doorways, stairwells, and lifts at both ends before booking. If a careful disassembly is needed, have it ready (or note it in the booking) so the crew isn't held up on the day.
How does payment work?
Card payment via Stripe at the end of the quote. You pay the full amount upfront; we refund automatically if we can't deliver.
